Festivāls "Rīgas Ritmi 2010" norisināsies no 28.jūnija līdz 3.jūlijam

Jau 10. gadu starptautiskais mūzikas festivāls "Rīgas Ritmi" sarūpējis īstenus svētkus mūzikas gardēžiem, piedāvājot plašu programmu džeza un pasaules mūzikas stilu ietvaros.

Festivāla galvenie koncerti, kā ierasts, notiks Kongresu namā. Tāpat notiks arī nakts koncerti un jam session klubā "Artelis", kā arī brīvdabas koncerti uz Vērmanes dārza skatuves.

Arī šogad festivāla koncertos Kongresu namā mūzikas mīļotājiem dota iespēja ar vienu biļeti dzirdēt divus koncertus, savukārt brīvdabas koncerti Vērmanes dārzā būs bez maksas. Vērmanes dārzā notiks ari Rīgas Ritmu Bērnu festivāls, kur viesmākslinieki uzstāsies kopā ar Latvijas bērnu kolektīviem un izpildītājiem.

Festivāla mākslinieku zvaigznājā šogad ir saksofonists Bill Evans un blūza ģitārists Robben Ford projektā "Soulgrass meets Blues", ģitāras virtuozs Antonio Forcione, talantīgais pianists Gerald Clayton, jaunā Kubas dīva Olvido Ruiz, neparastais franču trio Sashird Lao, vācu pianists un komponists Sebastian Schunke, Venēcijas džeza mākslinieki Augusto Pirodda Quartet, un gaidāmi arī vairāki pārsteigumi.

Kā ierasts, festivāls sagatavojis arī īpašu meistarklašu programmu jaunajiem mūziķiem un interesentiem. Meistarklases paredzētas gan vienas dienas, gan padziļināti - vairāku dienu garumā.
